Really professional, efficient and went above and beyond to help us with some boiler issues we were having. Would highly recommendPosted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Raymond was excellent, honestly priced, and efficient from start to finish. I originally called him about disconnecting my old gas oven, to replace with an electric one. He ended up doing so much more, explaining the it's feasibility with my power sockets, measuring the space and suggesting alternative fixtures to hold it in place in my (very DIY!) kitchen, even going as far as helping me carry the old oven out to the front to be collected by the council. I felt heard and reassured, and I've never understood my own property more as a whole (as a first time buyer).Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Would recommend to everyone. Brilliant and quick communication, fair and transparent about the work required, and everything was completed quickly and professionally. Really great service from start to finishPosted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We live in Birmingham and had to source a reliable tradesman in London to advise on removal of my Aunt’s ancient gas fire and whether installation of Central Heating would be feasible at her property. We read the 5* reviews and definitely struck lucky because living out of town it was “pot luck and pray” that we wouldn’t get ripped off at London prices. Raymond is a very busy man because as we now know he is very good at what he does and very in demand. Right from the start he was extremely generous with his time and the advice he offered on our initial chat over the phone . We needed to co-ordinate an Asbestos inspection as part of the job (another nightmare potentially), but Raymond has a network and so we allowed him to liaise with Asbestos Dave and as a team they got the job done quickly, efficiently and at a fair price. We needed it done quickly as winter is coming and we didn’t want an 80+ year old to be cold. And we needed to also co-ordinate it with when we would be in London. They were fantastic at accomodating us and we felt true human kindness and empathy towards our difficult situation which is so rare. Use this company - you won’t regret it!Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Bob and Raymond were fab! Super friendly and blasted through the works brilliantly. They installed a new boiler, shower unit and radiator. They even helped me with a couple of extra odd jobs which I’d been putting off for a while- without me even asking! Great pair and appreciate all the work they did.Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fantastic service from start to finish!
