If you're a new homeowner make sure you are familiar with gas safe. He was then extremely accommodating, motivated by our specific personal circumstances, in shuffling his commitments to organise a quick boiler replacement. Raymond is friendly, communicates well, and obviously takes great pride in his work. In my limited understanding his work looks to be good quality. He is extremely thorough in his examination and diagnosis (you will most certainly hear about any previous work that is not up to scratch), and his prices are fair. And he leaves the place tidy :).
