Recently I had an issue with the boiler and my tenants didn’t have hot water or heating, this happened over the weekend. He had to get the parts for the fix from the suppliers which are closed on the weekend but he went the extra mile and managed to get the pieces and go to the flat to fix it. I am very happy with all the works he has donde for me. He is very professional and never lets down. I have been using his services for a couple of years now and I will be counting on him for the future. Thanks Raymond!
Raymond and his team have been amazing and went over and beyond in their customer care. From beginning to end Raymond was brilliant at keeping in touch and gave us regular updates on the planned work at our property. He also gave us great advise about choosing the right gas combi boiler for our needs and budget.From the outset we were thinking to go for a new Ideal combi boiler. Through using Raymond, who is an Ideal Max accredited installer; our warranty was extended from 10 years to 12 years. He also offered the option of paying by credit card which was a helpful payment option for such an expensive outlay.Overall, RH Heating and Gas were hugely helpful, efficient, transparent and straightforward. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any comprehensive heating and plumbing services.
I always trust Raymond to do my annual gas checks. He is extremely thorough and professional and always offers sound advice. Raymond has recently installed a new horizontal flue and balcony plume and brought all the parts to complete the work. He also did a full strip down boiler service. The job was completed in a very timely manner and he cleaned up after he finished. Prices are very reasonable and I would highly recommend.
Messaged Raymond on a Saturday and despite a busy schedule, made the effort to come out the following day.very thorough with his pre and post safety checks for the gas cooker install. Very safety conscious and took the time to check installer instructions.highly recommended. I owe a nice persian meal on the new cooker.

He was able to find some time to take a look with less than 24 hours notice. When he arrived, he did some diagnostics, and resolved it quickly.
